【摘要】 目的研究生活方式干预和伊贝沙坦干预对高血压前期者血管内皮功能的影响。方法 90例高血压前期者随机分为生活方式干预组及伊贝沙坦干预组,观察1年。结果各组干预前后循环EMPs水平及baPWV水平对比P<0.05; 1年后伊贝沙坦干预组循环EMPs水平及baPWV水平与生活方式干预组比较P<0.05。结论高血压前期者应用伊贝沙坦干预较生活方式干预在对血管内皮功能保护作用、延缓动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展等效果更明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of lifestyle intervention and irbesartan intervention on vascular endothelial function in patients with pre-hypertension.Methods:90 patients with pre-hypertension were randomly divided into lifestyle intervention group and irbesartan intervention group, and observed for 1 year.Results:The levels of circulating EMPs and baPWV before and after intervention in each group were compared with P < 0.05; one year later, the levels of circulating EMPs and baPWV in Ibesartan intervention group were compared with those in lifestyle intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Irbesartan is more effective than lifestyle intervention in protecting vascular endothelial function and delaying the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis in patients with pre-hypertension.更多还原
