【摘要】 用户画像是一种重要的用户分析工具,能有效利用海量数据挖掘用户特征。在大数据时代,其价值日益显现,学术界和产业界的关注度居高不下。文章通过对国内外用户画像研究进行的系统综述,为后续研究提供参考。利用文献分析法,从理论研究、构建技术、应用现状3个方面详细梳理了用户画像研究的知识体系,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。研究发现:目前用户画像研究尚未发展到成熟阶段,理论研究较为薄弱,整体研究更偏向于实践。未来需加强理论研究,并在多源用户数据融合、用户隐私保护、用户画像更新及质量评估等方向进一步探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 User profile is an important user analysis tool,which can effectively utilize massive data to mine users’ characteristics.In the era of big data,its value is increasingly appearing and it has gained much attention from academia and industries.This paper gives a systematic review of the research on user profile at home and abroad,aiming at providing reference for future research.By using literature analysis method,the knowledge system of user profile research is summarized in detail from three aspects:theoretical research,construction technology and application status,and the future research direction is prospected.The research shows that the current user profile research has not yet developed to a mature stage.The theoretical research is relatively weak and the overall research is more inclined to practice.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the theoretical research,and further explore the directions of multi-source user data fusion,user privacy protection,user profile updating and quality evaluation.更多还原
