【摘要】 图书馆精准服务是基于精准化服务理念,以多种精准化技术为依托,对已有服务全过程进行创新优化的新型服务模式。当下,精准化正成为学术图书馆服务改革的新方向,也是学术图书馆服务不断追求高质量过程中的必然趋势。基于对精准服务这一概念内涵的细化,文章对近年国内外学术图书馆精准服务的前沿方法和技术进行了检索、梳理、概括与提炼,探索了可用于促进学术图书馆服务精准化发展的关键技术及应用策略。研究发现了国内外研究偏重不同,多种精准服务方法或技术具备融合互补潜质,精准服务需要适当的边界与安全控制、更完善的模式与架构支持等要点,并得出若干可供参考的研究视角。更多还原

【Abstract】 Library precision service is a new service model based on the concept of precision service and a variety of precision technologies,to innovatively optimize the entire process of information service.At present,precision is becoming the new direction of academic library service reform and the inevitable trend in the process of continuous pursuit of high quality services.Through the literature research based on the splitting of the concept of precision service,this paper summarizes and refines the advanced methods and techniques of precision service in domestic and foreign academic libraries in recent years.It also explores key technologies and application strategies that can be used to advance precision-based academic library services It is found that:a)there are differences between domestic and foreign researches;b)multiple precision service methods or technologies have potential for complementarity;c)precision services require appropriate boundaries and security controls;d)precision services need sophisticated models and architectural support;e)precision services need assessment mechanisms.And several research perspectives for future are proposed.更多还原
