秸秆有机无机复混肥适宜生产工艺参数研究

【摘要】 通过有机肥含水率(25%、33%、41%)、粘结剂比例(0、5%、10%)、油枯用量(88.9 kg、133.3 kg、177.8 kg)三因素三水平设计正交试验L9(34),探究不同工艺参数对肥料成粒、物理特性指标以及养分释放的影响,为优化秸秆有机无机复混肥生产工艺参数提供依据。结果表明:最优参数为有机肥含水率33%~41%,膨润土粘结剂对肥料成粒率影响不明显、但用量适当增加可以提高肥料硬度,每吨复混肥生产原料添加油枯用量88.9~133.3 kg。以最优参数生产出的肥料颗粒形圆、紧实、不易碎,松装密度小,易于崩解释放养分,养分含量充足,成品率高,生产成本低,生产率高。

【Abstract】 Treatments of 3 levels and 3 factors, including moisture content of organic fertilizer(25%, 33%, 41%),binder ratio(0, 5%, 10%), oil use(88.9 kg, 133.3 kg, 177.8 kg), were chosen to set the orthogonal tests of L9. To provide a basis for optimizing production process parameters of straw organic-inorganic compound fertilizers, we explored the effects of different process parameters on fertilizer granulation, physical property index and nutrient release. The optimal parameters was 33%-41% of water content in the organic fertilizer without a binder and with the addition of oil at an amount of 88.9-133.3 kg per ton of compound fertilizer raw material. Bentonite binder had no obvious effect on fertilizer yield, but the proper increased of the amount can improve the fertilizer hardness. The fertilizer under above conditions had the characteristics of relatively round granules, firm hardness of the granules, not brittle, and small bulk density. The granules were easy to collapse to release sufficient nutrient, which led to high yield, low production cost, and high productivity.
