地表硬化的植物学效应及机理研究进展
Advances in Botanic Effects and Mechanisms of Impervious Surface
【摘要】 全球地表硬化现象日益增强,严重影响土壤性质和植物生长发育,已成为制约农业和城市可持续发展的环境因子。通过综述近年国内外在地表硬化植物学效应及机理方面的研究进展,提出了未来研究可开展的工作:(1)深入探究地表硬化影响植物生长的细胞和分子生物学机制,如地表硬化作用的关键蛋白和基因等,继而通过基因改造技术,强化蛋白功能,提高植物对地表硬化的抗性。(2)筛选适应地表硬化的植物。(3)深入研究植物对地表硬化的适应性机理,采用遗传和分子生物学手段,培育植物新品种,适应地表硬化。上述工作的开展,有助于降低地表硬化对城市和农业可持续发展的负面影响,为在现代化进程中克服地表硬化的阻碍而全力发展提供参考。
【Abstract】 At present, the global phenomenon of impervious surface is increasing, which seriously affects plant growth and development, physiological functions and soil properties. It has become one of the obstacles to the sustainable development of agriculture and cities. This review summarized the recent advances in research on the botany effects and mechanism of impervious surface in the world. Based on these, we proposed that the future research would be carried out in the following three aspects:(1) In-depth exploration of cellular and molecular biological mechanisms that affected the growth of plants. For example, the key proteins and key genes of impervious surface enhanced their protein functions and then increased the plant resistance to impervious surface by genetic modification technology.(2) Screening plants that could grow well in impervious surface soils.(3) In-depth study of plant adaptability mechanism to impervious surface that the genetics and molecular biology methods and means were used to cultivate new plant varieties adaptive to impervious surface. The above-mentioned works would be helpful to alleviate the hazards of impervious surface on the sustainable developments of cities, agriculture and forestry and would provide references for overcoming the obstacles of impervious surface and full development in the process of modernization.
