金属改性丝光沸石催化剂上MTG重油中均四甲苯烷基转移反应
Transkylation of durene in MTG heavy oil over the metal modified MOR catalysts
【摘要】 采用挤条和等体积浸渍法制备了一种ZSM-5催化剂和四种金属改性的丝光沸石催化剂,采用XRD、低温氮气吸脱附、NH3-TPD和Py-IR技术对催化剂进行物化性质表征,在固定床反应器上进行MTG重油中均四甲苯烷基转移反应性能评价。研究结果表明,丝光沸石的孔结构更适合均四甲苯烷基转移反应,HZSM-5的孔径较小且酸性强,更容易堵塞孔道导致催化剂活性快速下降;Mo改性的丝光沸石催化剂具有较多的弱B酸中心,具有良好的烷基转移能力,均四甲苯烷基转移转化率达到39.42%。
【Abstract】 A HZSM-5 and four metal modified mordenite(MOR) zeolite catalysts were prepared by extrusion and incipient wetness method. The textural and physiochemical property of the catalysts were characterized by XRD, low temperature N2 adsorption-desorption, NH3-TPD and Py-IR. Catalytic performances of the catalysts in transalkylation of the durene in MTG heavy oil were tested in a fixed bed reactor. The results showed that the pore structure of MOR is more suitable for durene transalkylation,while HZSM-5 has poor catalytic stability due to its small pore system and strong acidity which results in the coking blockage of the tunnels. The Mo/MOR catalyst which had more weak B acid sites possessed the best durene transalkylation activity and the durene conversation could reach 39.42%.
