【Abstract】 Non-governmental organizations on ethnic issues in Europe developed very fast after the end of the Cold War, and they have played an important role in promoting the work on ethnic minority affairs in cooperation with European international organizations and governments, among which the development of the Roma NGOs is particularly conspicuous. They have played a major role in influencing the policies of the EU on ethnic minorities, promoting the integration of the Roma into the mainstream society, strengthening legal assistance to the Roma, and encouraging the Roma to participate in politics. However, due to some internal and external factors, the Roma NGOs still have some insurmountable weaknesses in their development, and their strength still needs to be improved.更多还原
