基于ABC曲线的天津潮间带生物群落受扰动的分析

【摘要】 潮间带生物通常受到理化因素及人类活动的影响,其群落变化和环境状态有一定关系.基于2003年和2016年在天津海域进行的3次潮间带生物调查数据,用ABC曲线法分析了大型底栖动物群落受扰动的情况.结果表明:大型底栖动物群落受扰动的程度有加重的趋势.2003年5月的生物群落受扰动较轻,而2016年11月时则受到中度干扰,是3次调查中受扰动程度最严重、受扰动站位最多的时期.ABC曲线计算的W值与Shannon多样性指数及Pielou均匀度指数表现出极显著的相关性(P<0.01);ABC曲线能够展示出更多的生物信息,优于单一的多样性指数.生物群落受扰动的多个原因都与人类活动有关,应该控制海岸带开发的强度、经济生物的采捕量以及游人数量等,给潮间带生物足够的恢复时间.

【Abstract】 Macrobenthos living in intertidal zones is usually affected by physic-chemical factors and human activities.Based on the dataset of three intertidal biological surveys conducted in Tianjin in 2003 and 2016,the disturbance status of macrobenthos community was analyzed with Abundance-Biomass Comparison(ABC)curves.The results showed that the disturbance of macrofaunal community had an increasing trend.The biological community in May 2003 was a little bit disturbed,while in November 2016,it was moderately disturbed,which was the most serious and the count of disturbed stations was the largest among the three surveys.The W values calculated with ABC curves presented a high significant relationship with both Shannon index(P<0.01)and Pielou’s evenness index(P<0.01).The ABC curves could give more biological information than the two traditional indices,and it had better application value than each biodiversity index.Most of the reasons for the disturbance of intertidal macrobenthos were related to human activities.Some human activities in this area,such as coastal development,economic benthos sampling and tourism,should be well controlled so as to give the macrobenthos enough time to recover.
