【摘要】 目的探讨整体护理在糖尿病合并重症肺炎患儿ICU中的效果。方法随机将该院2017年9月—2018年9月56例糖尿病合并重症肺炎患儿划分成对照组与实验组,各28例。对照组运用常规护理方法 ,实验组进行整体护理,比较对照组与实验组的ICU监护时间、平均住院时间、护理满意度。结果实验组的ICU监护时间、平均住院时间为(5.0±0.6)d、(8.5±1.1)d,对照组的ICU监护时间、平均住院时间为(7.6±1.2)d、(12.2±1.9)d,实验组的ICU监护时间、平均住院时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组的护理满意度(96.43%)高于对照组(82.14%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理对ICU中糖尿病合并重症肺炎患儿的护理效果良好,患儿ICU监护时间将不断减少,出院时间提前,对护理人员的满意度较高,因此,此种护理模式在临床中具有较大的推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing on ICU in children with diabetes mellitus complicated with severe pneumonia. Methods 56 children with diabetes mellitus complicated with severe pneumonia from September2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 28 cases each. The control group used routine nursing methods, and the experimental group performed overall nursing. The ICU monitoring time, average hospitalization time, and nursing satisfaction of the control group and the experimental group were compared. Results The ICU monitoring time and average hospitalization time of the experimental group were(5.0±0.6)d and(8.5±1.1)d.
