【摘要】 目的探讨小骨窗微创手术治疗高血压脑出血伴糖尿病的疗效。方法选取该科2017年5月—2018年5月收治的高血压脑出血伴糖尿病患者72例,随机分为2组各36例,观察组采用小骨窗微创手术,对照组采用开颅血肿清除术。结果观察组手术时间、出血量、FPG、住院时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为88.9%,显著优于对照组72.2%(P<0.05)。结论小骨窗微创手术治疗高血压脑出血伴糖尿病效果显著,有利于血肿完全清除,改善患者预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of minimally invasive surgery for small bone window in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with diabetes. Methods 72 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and diabetes mellitus admitted to our department from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: 36 cases each. The observation group was treated with minimally invasive surgery and the control group was treated with craniotomy surgery.Results The operation time, blood loss, FPG and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 88.9% in the observation group, which was significantly better than the control group(72.2%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery for small bone window is effective in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with diabetes, which is beneficial to the complete removal of hematoma and improve the prognosis of patients.更多还原
