【摘要】 深化创新创业教育改革是国家实施创新驱动发展战略、推进高等教育综合改革和提高人才培养质量的重要举措。地方本科高校需要克服思想观念、专业建设和师资水平等方面的不足,着力构建以创新理念为先导,以创新创业人才培养为主线,以课程、实践、导师和基金四大体系为支撑的全过程、全方位的创新创业教育体系。从培养目标、课程设置、教学设计、创新竞赛和特色教育等入手,将创新创业教育融入人才培养全过程。同时,建立以创新创业教育全过程数据采集和监测为一体的常态化监测系统,持续优化质量评价指标,构建多元化的评价体系,从而进一步深化创新创业教育改革。更多还原

【Abstract】 Deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important measure for the country to implement an innovation-driven development strategy, promote comprehensive reform of higher education, and improve the quality of talent training. Local undergraduate universities need to overcome the deficiencies in ideology, professional construction, and teachers level,and strive to build a full-process, all-round innovation and entrepreneurship education system,which should be based on the concept of innovation, the purpose of cultivating "innovative and entrepreneurial talents", and is supported by four systems: curriculum, practice, mentor and fund. In addition, local colleges and universities need to start from the aspects of training goals, curriculum settings,teaching design, innovation competitions and special education, and integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the entire process of talent training. At the same time, in order to further deepen the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform,a normal monitoring system should be established to collect and monitor the data in the entire process of innovation and entrepreneurship education; quality evaluation indicators should be continuously optimized; and a diversified evaluation system should be constructed.更多还原
