【摘要】 文章基于我国省级面板数据,运用DEA-Malmquist模型计算出我国各省市的技术创新效率和对技术创新效率有影响的4种效率,再进一步实证分析研究技术创新效率与我国高新技术产品出口之间的关系。文章最后得到的基本结论是:当下我国科技发展处于瓶颈阶段,技术进步对高新技术产品生产有积极影响,但是依旧不足以对高新技术产品的出口有显著的影响;非科技手段成为提高我国高新技术产品国际贸易竞争优势的重要手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to analyse the relationship between technological innovation efficiency and China’s high-tech products exports,this article is based on Chinese provincial panel data, using DEA-MALMQUIST model to calculate the technological innovation efficiency and the other four kinds of efficiency from various provinces and cities in our country. Finally, the basic conclusion is that the development of science and technology is at the bottleneck stage. Technical progress has positive influence on high-tech products production, but this is still not enough to have significant effect for the export of high-tech products. Non-scientific technological means is helpful to boosting the competitive edge of high-tech products of our country in international trade.更多还原
