【摘要】 目的探讨CE-Chirp声诱发的听性稳态反应(CE-Chirp ASSR)用于听力评估的意义。方法对40例(80耳)听力正常青年人及118例(149耳)感音神经性听力损失患者(其中轻度57耳、中度47耳、重度30耳、极重度19耳)分别进行纯音听阈(PTA)、CE-Chirp ASSR测试,分析正常青年人及不同程度感音神经性听力损失患者CE-Chirp ASSR反应阈与PTA阈值之间的相关性及差值。结果正常听力青年人组中0.5、1.0 kHz处CE-Chirp ASSR反应阈与纯音听阈之间差值较大,差值范围为-4.47～22.88 dB,相关系数无统计学意义(P>0.05);2.0、4.0 kHz处相关系数分别为0.387、0.48。感音神经性听力损失各组CE-Chirp ASSR反应阈与纯音听阈之间的相关性均有统计学意义(P<0.05),二者0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0 kHz各频率总体Pearson相关系数分别为0.845、0.871、0.886、0.880,轻度组分别为0.581、0.571、0.526、0.657,中度组分别为0.627、0.397、0.714、0.754,重度组分别为0.830、0.687、0.388、0.648,极重度组分别为0.699、0.629、0.576、0.859。结论听力正常青年人CE-Chirp ASSR与PTA的相关性不佳,二者差值较大;感音神经性听力损失患者CE-Chirp ASSR与PTA的相关性良好,二者差值较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation and difference between CE-Chirp ASSR and PTA threshold in normal young people and patients with different degrees of sensorineural hearing loss.Methods A total of 40 young people(80 ears) with normal hearing and 118 patients(149 ears) with sensorineural hearing loss were included in this study. PTA and CE-Chirp ASSR were tested respectively and thresholds were recorded. The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0.Results There was no statistical significance between CE-Chirp ASSR response threshold and PTA at 0.5 kHz and 1.0 kHz(P>0.05),but there was statistical significance at 2.0 kHz and 4.0 kHz,with correlation coefficients of 0.387 and 0.48,respectively.CE-Chirp ASSR response thresholds and PTA thresholds were statistically significant in sensorineural hearing impairment groups(P<0.05).The Pearson correlation coefficients of all the frequencies of patients with hearing loss were 0.845,0.871,0.886 and 0.880,respectively.The mild SNHL group was 0.581,0.571,0.526 and 0.657,respectively.The moderate SNHL group was 0.627,0.397,0.714 and 0.754,respectively.The difference between CE-Chirp ASSR and PTA thresholds in each group ranged from-4.47～22.88 dB.Conclusion In young people with normal hearing,the correlation between CE-Chirp ASSR and PTA is not observed. While,in patients with sensorineural hearing loss,the correlation is good.更多还原
