碟状α-磷酸锆在聚酯粉末涂料中的防腐蚀作用研究

【摘要】 利用水热法合成了碟状α-磷酸锆(α-ZrP),并以此为功能填料制备了新型防腐聚酯粉末涂料,采用SEM、FT-IR和XRD对磷酸锆的物理形貌和化学结构进行了表征,分别运用TGA-DTG和SEM分析了防腐涂料涂层的热稳定性与微观形貌。以3.5%NaCl水溶液模仿海洋环境,测试了不同α-ZrP含量的聚酯粉末涂层在浸泡过程中的交流阻抗谱(EIS)和极化曲线(LSV),分析了α-ZrP对涂料防腐性能的影响。结果表明:添加碟状α-ZrP能够大幅增强聚酯涂层的耐腐蚀能力,腐蚀电压显著正移,腐蚀电流密度下降1~3个数量级。当α-ZrP的含量占总组分的3%时,涂层的防腐性能达到最佳。

【Abstract】 Disc-like α-zirconium phosphate(α-ZrP)was synthesized using hydrothermal method and used as a functional filler to prepare the novel polyester powder anti-corrosion coatings. The physical morphology and chemical structure of zirconium phosphate were characterized by using SEM,FT-IR and XRD. The thermal stability and micromorphology of the anticorrosion coatings were investigated using TG-DTG and SEM respectively. The impedance spectra(EIS) and polarization curves(LSV) of polyester powder coatings with different content of α-ZrP were tested in a 3. 5 wt. %NaCl aqueous solutionto simulate the marine environment for different time. The effect of α-ZrP on corrosion resistance of polyester powder coatings was analyzed. The results showed that addition of α-ZrP could significantly improve the anticorrosion performance of the polyester coatings with a reduction of corrosion current density by 1~3 orders of magnitude compared with the pure polyester coatings,and the corrosion voltage of the coatings also shifted positively. When the content of α-ZrP was 3% of the total composition,the coatings provided the best corrosion resistance.
