【摘要】 目的:观察丹芪益肾泄浊汤联合常规西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效及其对微炎症指标的影响。方法:113例慢性肾功衰竭患者随机分为对照组56例和观察组57例,对照组接受西医常规治疗,观察组加用中药丹芪益肾泄浊汤,两组均连续用药12周,评定临床疗效,治疗前后检测肾功能指标(SCr、BUN、Ccr)炎症相关指标(CRP、IL-6、TNF-α)水平,观察两组患者的改善作用。结果:观察组总有效率为89.5%,明显高于对照组之78.6%;两组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者肾功能指标SCr、BUN水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),Ccr水平明显升高(P<0.05);微炎症状态指标CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);观察组上述指标改善较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:丹芪益肾泄浊汤可提高常规西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效,改善肾功能,减轻炎症反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of Danqi Yishen Xiezhuo Tang combining with routine Western medicine in treatment of chronic renal failure and effects on microinflammatory indexes.Methods: 113 Cases with CRF were divided into control group(56 cases) and observation group(57 cases), control group was treated with routine therapy of Western medicine, observation group was treated with Danqi Yishen Xiezhuo Tang basis on control group, the groups were treated for 12 weeks,then the curative effect was evaluated, serum renal functional indexes SCr,BUN,Ccr and microinflammatory indexes CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αwere determined before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was 89.5%, than was higher than that of control group that was 78.6%;the difference of the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The serum SCr and BUN levels in the two groups were lowered after treatment(P<0.05),Ccr level was raised(P<0.05); microinflammatory indexes CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αwere decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05);the improvement of all above indexes in observation group were more significant than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Danqi Yishen Xiezhuo Tang can raise the curative effect of CRF treated with routine therapy of Western medicine, improve renal function, alleviate inflammatory reaction.更多还原
