【摘要】 目的研究皱缩囊胚(CB)与低质量囊胚(PQB)联合复苏移植的临床结局,为低评分囊胚移植策略的制定提供参考。方法回顾性分析华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院生殖医学中心2016年1月至2017年12月囊胚复苏移植周期的临床资料,比较联合组(CB与PQB联合)51例、CB组25例及PQB组84例复苏移植后的临床结局。结果联合组临床妊娠率、活产率及多胎率显著高于另外两组,并与PQB组的差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。在流产率方面,联合组相对较低(10.53%),PQB组相对较高(24.39%),但三组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在无高质量囊胚可供选择时,联合移植降低了CB、PQB单胚胎移植对妊娠结局的负面影响,提高了低评分囊胚的临床妊娠率,减少患者移植周期,为探寻更优的移植策略提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical outcome of combined resuscitation transplantation of blastocyst with shrinkage(CB)and poor quality blastocyst(PQB),and provide reference for low-grading blastocyst transplantation strategy.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of blastocyst resuscitation transplantation cycle from January 2016 to December 2017 in the Reproductive Medicine Center of Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology was performed,including 51 patients in combined group(combined with CB and PQB),25 patients in CB group and 84 patients in PQB group.The clinical outcome after transplantation was compared.Results The clinical pregnancy rate,live birth rate and multiple birth rate were significantly higher in the combined group than in the other two groups,and there were statistically significant differences between the combined group and the PQB group(P<0.05).Abortion rate was relatively low in the combined group(10.53%),and high in the PQB group(24.39%),but the difference between the three groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion When no high quality blastocysts are available,the combined transplantation reduces the negative impact of CB and PQB single embryo transfer on pregnancy outcome,and improves the clinical pregnancy rate of low-score blastocysts and reduces the patient transplantation cycle.It provides a better migration strategy for reference.更多还原
