简易增强现实技术辅助基底节区血肿体表定位法的准确度检验
Accuracy of Augmented Reality Technology in Locating Basal Ganglia Hemorrhage
【摘要】 目的探讨利用手机App的简易增强现实技术(augmented reality,AR)辅助基底节区血肿体表定位法(AR定位法)的准确性。方法将需要进行微创手术的22例基底节血肿患者进行薄层CT扫描,扫描数据输入3DSlicer软件进行图像重建,将重建图像经过简单编辑后传入智能手机中,并使用Sina Intraoperative Neurosurgical Assist(SINA)App,将重建图像和相机背景重叠,帮助术者确定血肿范围;将同一数据输入Compass电磁导航系统,利用神经导航检验该方法的准确性。结果 22例基底节血肿患者均顺利完成血肿体表定位,耗时13~28 min,平均(18.0±3.3)min,利用神经导航检验其各边误差0.012~8.348 mm,平均(2.540±1.637)mm。结论 "AR定位法"虽未达到神经导航的精准性,但其操作便捷,准确度较高,适合在不具备神经导航的医疗机构进行,值得推广。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the accuracy of augmented reality technology in locating basal ganglia hemorrhage.Methods Totally,22 patients who would take minimal invasive surgery underwent CT scan,and the data were input into the 3 D-slicer software for image reconstruction.Later,those data were transported to a cellphone installed with Sina Intraoperative Neurosurgical Assist(SINA)App.By using SINA App,the reconstructed images were overlapped with the background of camera(AR Location),which helped doctors locate hematoma scope.Meanwhile,all the data above were input into the system of neuronavigation which was used to exam the accuracy of AR Location.Results All 22 patients underwent location process[time of process:13-28 min,average:(18.0±3.3)min].Error range using neuronavigation system to exam AR Location was 0.012-8.348 mm[average:(2.540±1.637)mm].Conclusion AR Location may not be as accurate as neuronavigation,but it still could be applied in department without neuronavigation,because the accuracy can be acceptable.
