【摘要】 新时期发展质量高低的判断标准归根结底是实现人民对发展成果的"共享"。将人民摆在高质量发展指标体系构建的核心位置,通过构建包括收入、健康、教育、科技创新、绿色发展、民生6个维度的中国高质量发展指标体系,可以充分反映中国发展的新理念、新要求。借助2017年统计数据对中国大陆所辖31个省份的发展质量水平进行综合测度,发现中国区域发展质量仍然主要依靠经济发展速度来拉动,高质量发展水平与经济发展速度存在空间重叠,但西部部分省份依靠绿色指数的贡献提升了区域发展质量等级,显示了生态环境因素对发展质量的特殊贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 The criterion of high-quality development in the new era is to enable people to enjoy the fruits of development.People-centered transformation of development mode is in the core status,and a high-quality development index system of China is constructed,which includes five dimensions:income,health,education,sustainable development and improvement of people’s livelihood.Statistical data of 2017 show that economic growth speed is still the main driving force of regional development in China.There is spatial overlap between regional development level and economic growth speed.However,some western provinces(cities) have significantly improved the regional development level by relying on the contribution of green index,which shows the special contribution of ecological environment factors to the quality of development.更多还原
