【Abstract】 As the important platforms showing the scientific research level and achievements of universities, university scitech journals should transform the traditional function of paper publishing functions. The journals can participate actively in the subject construction by some channels, including targeted publishing papers, assisting the subjects to monitoring the developments, assisting the subject constructions led by the editorial board members, promoting the academic accumulation of the experts, and cultivating excellent authors in the universities. Overall, the university sci-tech journals can assist the subject construction of universities. On the contrary, the subject construction can promote the development of the journals.更多还原
