【摘要】 如何落实教学中心地位问题是高校当前改革的难题。文章以叙事的方式讲述了一位高校优秀教师"弃教从研"的心路变化与职业发展历程,促使这一转变的直接原因是高校以科研为核心的人事考核评价制度以及教学与科研所带来的在个人收益上的巨大差距。要真正落实教学在高校的中心地位,关键是使教学在教师心中有地位。需要优化高校发展的外部环境,让高校真正享有办学自主权,需要深化高校内部人事管理制度和薪酬分配制度改革,应重塑大学内部管理文化,注重引领、服务与保障,慎用控制与激励。更多还原
