【Abstract】 This paper introduces the working principle of the knife dropping mechanism of the JUKI LBH-781 series high-speed straight buttonholing machine and the maintenance and adjustment of the control knife dropping process. It summarizes the causes and elimination methods of the knife dropping, the knife not moving, the knife dropping twice in succession, the knife dropping after the surface line breaking, the knife dropping below the bottom occasionally, and the sound of the knife dropping too loud when the knife dropping mechanism starts to sew.
