TiO2光催化还原4种硝基化合物制备芳胺的影响因素

【摘要】 采用TiO2催化剂,在光照条件下,将4种硝基化合物催化还原为芳胺.用正交实验法,研究了催化剂种类、用量、溶剂种类以及4种硝基化合物的结构和浓度对光催化还原反应进程的影响,找出最佳反应条件.结果表明:以1.5 g/L介孔TiO2为催化剂,甲醇为溶剂,300 mg/L 3,4-二氯硝基苯为底物时,还原反应产率最高,达到98.1%.

【Abstract】 Four nitro compounds were reduced to aromatic amines under illumination using TiO2 as catalyst. The effects of the type and dose of catalyst, the type of solvent, the structure and concentration of these four nitro compounds on the photocatalytic reduction reaction were investigated by orthogonal experiment. Finally, the best reaction conditions were found out. The results showed that when 1.5 g/L mesoporous TiO2 was the catalyst, methanol was the solvent, and 300 mg/L 3, 4-dichloronitrobenzene was used as substrate, the yield of the reduction reaction was the highest, up to 98.1%.
