长白山区马齿苋种群构件结构及生长分析
Analysis of Growth and Structure of Portulaca Oleracea L. Modules in Changbai Mountain Area
【摘要】 采用大样本随机取样的方法,采挖马齿苋单个植株进行调查和测定,并对马齿苋种群构件结构和生长规律进行分析.结果表明,马齿苋各构件间的相关关系是显著的.平卧茎长与分支数、分支鲜重、整株鲜重均具有同速生长关系;平卧茎长与分支生物量、整株生物量均具有异速生长关系.马齿苋的分支数与整株鲜重、根鲜重、根生物量均具有同速生长关系;马齿苋的分支数与整株生物量之间体现异速生长规律.其R2值在0.488 1~0.916 5之间,说明马齿苋种群各构件之间无论是异速生长还是同速生长,均由遗传因子和环境因素双重控制,这也体现出各构件生长由于环境影响而具有一定的生态可塑性.
【Abstract】 Using a large sample random sampling method,single plants of Portulaca oleracea L. was investigated and determined. The structure and growth rule of population components of Portulaca oleracea L. were analyzed. The results show that the correlation between the components of Portulaca oleracea L. is significant. The length of the prostrate stem has the same rate of growth as the number of branches,the fresh weight of branches,and the whole fresh weight. The length of prostrate stem has the relation with branch bsiomass and whole plant biomass. The branch number of Portulaca oleracea L. has the same growing rate as the whole plant fresh weight,root fresh weight and root biomass. Between the branch number of Portulaca oleracea L.and the entire biomass,the heterovelocity growth law is reflected. The R2 is from 0.488 1 to 0.916 5.The results show that the population of Portulaca oleracea L. is controlled by both genetic and environmental factors. It indicates that each component growth due to environmental impact and has a certain degree of ecological plasticity.
