微生物菌剂应用于农田地人参种植上的研究

【摘要】 目的:微生物菌剂应用于农田地栽培人参,改良参地土壤,缓解病害,提高产量及品质.方法:田间试验以不同年生人参(1倒4、2倒3、3倒2、直生根5年)为试验对象,采用Excel进行数据整理及统计,采用SPSS软件进行各处理间的显著性分析.结果:该微生物菌剂对人参的生长有良好的促进作用,应用于农田地栽培人参6L/亩菌剂稀释300倍处理效果最佳,土壤容重降低20%~50%,电导率降低3%~10%,存苗率不低于85%,产量提高10%~30%,皂苷含量提高不低于0.30%.

【Abstract】 Objective:Microbial agents are used to cultivate ginseng in farmland,improve the soil in the field,alleviate the disease and improve the yield and quality. Methods:Field trials were conducted with differentagesofginseng(1 in4,2 in3,3 in2,and2 indirectrooting).Excelperformeddatacollation and statistics,and SPSS software performed significant analysis between treatments. Results:The microbial agent has a good promoting effect on the growth of ginseng. It is best applied to the cultivation of ginseng 6 L/mu bacterial agent diluted 300 times in farmland,the soil bulk density is reduced by 20% to 50%,and the electrical conductivity is reduced by 3% to 10%,the seedling rate is not less than 85%,the yield is increased by 10% to 30%,and the saponin content is not less than 0.30%.
