保鲜参对小鼠耐缺氧、抗疲劳作用的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨保鲜参对小鼠耐缺氧、抗疲劳作用的影响.方法:采用小鼠常压缺氧试验、亚硝酸钠中毒实验考察保鲜参耐缺氧作用.采用疲劳转棒实验、负重游泳实验考察保鲜参抗疲劳作用.结果:保鲜参能够明显延长小鼠耐缺氧、抗疲劳时间.结论:保鲜参具有明显的耐缺氧、抗疲劳作用.

【Abstract】 Objective:In order to study the effects of fresh preserved ginseng on anti-hypoxia and anti-fatigue resistance of mice after processing. Methods:Mice hypoxia and sodium nitrite poisoning experiments were used to examine the hypoxia tolerance. The anti-fatigue effect of fresh preserved ginseng was detected by the fatigue rotated and weight-bearing swimming tests. Results:Fresh ginseng could obviously prolong the time hypoxia tolerance and resistance to fatigue rotating time.Conclusions:Fresh preserved ginseng has significant anti-hypoxia and anti-fatigue effect.
