Fe元素含量对钛合金性能的影响
Effect of Fe Element Content on Properties of Titanium Alloy
【摘要】 Fe元素作为最强β相稳定元素之一,具有慢共析性质和低廉的价格,是一种十分受欢迎的钛合金添加元素。随着钛合金中Fe元素含量的增加,钛合金性能将发生一系列变化。从显微组织结构、力学性能、腐蚀性能和加工性能4个方面概述了添加不同含量Fe元素对不同类型钛合金(包括α、近α、α+β及β型钛合金)性能的影响,并展望了Fe元素作为钛合金添加元素的发展趋势。
【Abstract】 As one of the strongest stable beta phase elements,Fe is a very popular addition element for titanium alloys because of its slow eutectoid property and low price. With the increase of Fe content in titanium alloys,a series of changes will take place in the properties of titanium alloys. The effects of Fe addition on the properties of different types of titanium alloys( including α,near α,α + β and β titanium alloys) were summarized from four aspects: microstructure,mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and processing properties. The development trend of Fe addition as an additive element of titanium alloys was prospected.
