骨小梁结构对髋关节置换的应力分布影响的研究
Effect of trabecular bone structure on stressdistribution in hip arthroplasty
【摘要】 本文建立了置换前的髋关节模型及置换后有无骨小梁结构的髋关节假体模型,通过有限元数值模拟得到了带骨小梁结构的髋关节假体在生理载荷下的力学分布规律,初步研究臼杯骨小梁结构和袖套骨小梁结构对髋关节置换后的应力分布的影响,从生物力学的角度为骨小梁髋关节置换的临床应用提供一些参考.
【Abstract】 In this paper,a model of hip joint before and after replacement with or without trabecular bone structure is established.The mechanical distribution of hip prosthesis with bone trabecular structure under physiological load was obtained by finite element numerical simulation.To preliminarily study the effects of acetabular cup bone trabecular structure and cuff bone trabecular structure on stress distribution after hip replacement. To provide some references for clinical application of bone trabecular hip arthroplasty from the perspective of biomechanics.
