节段预制胶拼构件胶接缝厚度研究

【摘要】 拼接胶是节段预制拼装桥梁的重要建筑材料,胶接缝厚度对桥梁受力性能和耐久性能有重要影响。本文设计了胶接缝厚度试验构件,从11个构件中取样实测并统计分析了胶接缝厚度。结果表明:胶缝厚度基本服从正态分布,拟合得出胶接缝厚度均值为0. 48 mm,标准差为0. 23 mm。分析了预制节段端面表层剥落、挤胶应力不均匀及节段拼装误差对胶接缝厚度的影响,探讨了胶接缝厚度对节段混凝土受力状态的影响,即过厚的胶层将引起拼装桥梁整体刚度降低及预应力损失增大。

【Abstract】 Epoxy resin adhesive is an important building material for precast segmental assembled bridges. The epoxy joint thickness has an important influence on the mechanical properties and durability of the bridge.The testing members of epoxy joint thickness were designed in this paper.The epoxy joint thickness was measured and analyzed statistically from eleven members,which obeys the normal distribution. The fitting result shows that the average thickness of epoxy joint is 0. 48 mm and the standard deviation is 0. 23 mm.The influences of surface peeling of fof prefabricated segment end section,uneven stress of extrusion epoxy and assembling error of segment on the epoxy joint thickness were analyzed. The influence of epoxy joint thickness on the stress state of segment concrete was discussed.O ver-thick epoxy layer will cause overall stiffness reduction and prestress loss of assembled bridges.
