应用流场分析制动盘温度场

【摘要】 以列车实心制动盘为研究对象,通过建立列车实心制动盘的流场模型,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS CFX,通过改变初速度、制动压力以及风速等参数获得制动盘在制动过程中温度场分布、平均热流密度以及平均换热系数,简要分析了成因,发现初速度、制动压力对制动盘温度场均有影响,且初速度影响程度很大,而风速对温度场影响较小,研究成果有利于空气热交换对列车行驶过程中制动盘的影响进行评估分析。

【Abstract】 This paper takes the solid brake disc of train disc brake as the research object,the flow field model of the train solid brake disc is established,then apply finite element analysis software ANSYS CFX,the temperature field distribution,average heat flux density and average heat transfer coefficient were obtained by changing the initial velocity,braking pressure and wind speed,the causes are briefly analyzed,the findings that the initial velocity and brake pressure have an effect on the temperature field of the brake disc,and the initial velocity is very influential,the wind speed has less influence on the temperature field,furthermore,the performance of disc brakes and air heat exchange during the course of the train is evaluated.
