我国古代南北白瓷XRF特征分析研究

【摘要】 为研究景德镇白瓷与北方窑口白瓷的组成特征,探索两地原料配方和制瓷工艺的差异,本文采用能量色散X射线荧光无损分析技术[1,2],对50件邢窑、定窑以及景德镇落马桥窑址出土白瓷样品进行测试。结果表明,邢窑和定窑瓷胎组分相似,属高铝质胎,胎料中引入了钙质原料,呈现高钙低钾的特点;景德镇白瓷属高硅质胎。两地胎中铁、钛含量普遍偏高,釉中CaO为主要熔剂,属"碱钙釉"。

【Abstract】 In order to study the composition characteristics of Jingdezhen white porcelain and northern kiln white porcelain, and to explore the difference between raw material formula and porcelain making process in the two places, this paper uses energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence non-destructive analysis technology to 50 pieces of Xing Kiln, Ding Kiln and Jingde Town. White porcelain samples unearthed at the bridge kiln site were tested. The results show that the composition of Xing kiln and Ding kiln porcelain is similar, it is a high-aluminum tire, calcium material is introduced into the tire material, showing the characteristics of high calcium and low potassium; Jingdezhen white porcelain is a high-silic tire. The content of iron and titanium in the two tires is generally high, and CaO in the glaze is the main flux, which belongs to "alkaline calcium glaze".
