【摘要】 本研究采用运动性失血小鼠模型,通过检测小鼠运动失血前后红细胞、血红蛋白和血糖值变化以及对大鼠连续给药后,检测大鼠红细胞和血红蛋白含量变化,研究加力胶囊对动物补血、养血作用;通过对大鼠连续给药后,解剖测量其生殖器官和生殖腺变化,研究加力胶囊对大鼠类雄激素样作用。结果显示,加力胶囊显著提高小鼠血红蛋白含量、红细胞数及血糖含量(P <0.05),对运动性失血小鼠有明显改善作用;加力胶囊明显提高大鼠血红蛋白含量和红细胞数(P<0.05),加力胶囊对大、小鼠有明显的补血、养血和抗疲劳作用;虽然加力胶囊高、中剂量组给药20 d后与对照组比较,前列腺、提肛肌-海绵球肌重量有所增加,但差异不显著(P>0.05),说明加力胶囊对大鼠类雄激素样作用不显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study, a mouse model of exercise-induced hemorrhage was used. The changes of erythrocyte, hemoglobin and blood sugar in mice before and after exercise hemorrhage were detected.The changes of erythrocyte and hemoglobin in rats were detected after continuous administration. To study the effect of Jiali Capsule on animal blood tonic and nourishing. After continuous administration to rats,The changes of reproductive organs and gonads were measured. To study the androgen-like effect of Jiali Capsule on rats. The results show thatJiali capsule obviously improves the content of hemoglobin, the number of red blood cells and the content of blood sugar(P < 0.05);It has an obvious effect on the exercise induced blood loss in mice. Jiali Capsule significantly increased the content of hemoglobin and the number of red blood cells in rats(P < 0.05),Jiali Capsule has obvious effects of nourishing blood, nourishing blood and Anti fatigue on mice and rats. Comparisons were made between the two groups after 20 days of high and medium dosage of afterburner. The weight of prostatic and levator ani muscles increased.
