中草药有效成分提取工艺及毒害成分检测方法研究进展

【摘要】 中草药有效成分提取及重金属和农药残留等毒害成分的检测是中药材质量评价体系中2个重要指标。随着中草药提取技术的发展,已将传统方法与现代技术相结合,呈现出更为高效的提取工艺。本文对传统、近现代和现代的提取工艺和毒害成分的检测方法进行综述,旨在为建立更加简便、高效、低成本、低污染的中草药多成分提取工艺及中药材质量评价体系提供指导。

【Abstract】 The extraction of active components from Chinese herbal medicine and detection of toxic components such as heavy metals and pesticide residues are two important indicators in the quality evaluation system of Chinese herbal medicine. With the development of Chinese herbal medicine extraction technology, traditional methods and modern technology have been combined to present a more efficient extraction process. In this paper, the traditional, modern and contemporary extraction processes and the detection methods of toxic ingredients were reviewed, in order to provide guidance for the establishment of a more simple, efficient, low-cost and low-pollution multi-component extraction process of Chinese herbal medicine and the quality evaluation system of Chinese herbal medicine.
