高效液相色谱/飞行时间质谱联用技术在药学研究中的应用
Application of High Performance Liquid Chromatography/QTOF Mass Spectrometry Technique in Pharmaceutical Research
【摘要】 高效液相色谱/飞行时间质谱联用(HPLC/QTOF-MS)技术作为一种新型的化合物分析技术已广泛应用于各个领域,其具有高灵敏度、分辨率高、高选择性、分析速度快等优点。目前,高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术在药学研究领域应用更加广泛,本文在此对HPLC/QTOF-MS技术在药物活性成分的鉴别、复杂成分的筛选、药物杂质分析、药物体内代谢分析、生物大分子研究领域的应用进行综述。
【Abstract】 High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)/QTOF mass spectrometry(MS) has been widely used in pharmaceutical research as a new type of component analysis technology with high sensitivity and resolution, good selectivity, and fast analysis speed. At present, HPLC/QTOF-MS is widely used in the field of pharmaceutical research. In the present paper, the application of HPLC/QTOF-MS technology in the identification of active pharmaceutical ingredients, screening of complex components, analysis of pharmaceutical impurities,analysis of drug metabolism in vivo, and biological macromolecular research were reviewed.
