【Abstract】 High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)/QTOF mass spectrometry(MS) has been widely used in pharmaceutical research as a new type of component analysis technology with high sensitivity and resolution, good selectivity, and fast analysis speed. At present, HPLC/QTOF-MS is widely used in the field of pharmaceutical research. In the present paper, the application of HPLC/QTOF-MS technology in the identification of active pharmaceutical ingredients, screening of complex components, analysis of pharmaceutical impurities,analysis of drug metabolism in vivo, and biological macromolecular research were reviewed.更多还原
