水貂DAZL基因的DNA池测序分析

【摘要】 选取短毛黑、银兰、红眼白水貂构建品种DNA池。扩增DAZL基因部分序列,对扩增产物测序。从测序结果分析可以看出,不同品种水貂间的DAZL基因部分序列完全一致;同源性表明,水貂与雪貂同源性很高(94.2%),与猪、犀牛、骆驼、江豚同源性较高(80.8%~81.8%),与牛的同源性较低(77.4%)。系统进化树显示,水貂与雪貂属同一分支。

【Abstract】 Three breeds of mink(Black mink, Platinum mink, Regal white mink) were used to sequence a segment of DAZL gene based on DNA pooling and PCR products. The results showed that no mutation was found in DAZL gene in these three breeds. The results of homologous analysis showed that its nucleotide sequence in the mink had high identity to the domestic ferret; and contained 80.8%-81.8% identity to pigs, rhinoceroses, camels and porpoises; whereas included only 77.4% identity to cattles. Phylogenetic analysis showed that mink and domestic ferret were in a branch in the evolutionary tree.
