校企联盟背景下高校创业班教育模式的探索

【摘要】 创业班是高校推进创新创业教育精英化发展的主要载体。目前,国内已经有近百所高校开设了创业班,虽然班级的定位、课程设置、管理机制及师资配备各不相同,但均在一定程度上展现出了班级的教育效果。但是,创业班还只是一种尝试,在推进的过程中存在着课程设置过于固化、管理机制不健全、师资队伍不完备等问题,建议高校通过联合政府、企业、基地等各类社会资源明确培养目标、设计课程体系、构建师资团队,提升创业班教育实效。

【Abstract】 Entrepreneurship class is the main carrier to promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. There have been nearly 100 colleges and universities in China which held "entrepreneurship class"with differences in terms of class orientation,curriculum planning,management mechanism and teacher allocation,as well as some certain education effects. The process of establishing the pilot "entrepreneurship class"experience some issues,such as the inflexibility of curriculum planning,the incompleteness of management mechanism,and the insufficiency of teacher resources. It is suggested that the colleges and universities,in combination with the governments,enterprises,and practice bases,make efforts in terms of the definition of educational goals,curriculum planning system and teacher resources to enhance the effectiveness of the "entrepreneurship class".
