【Abstract】 This paper expounds the connotation and target of three-plus-one education model and new engineering. Taking Yucheng Center as an example, it analyzes the characteristics of three-plus-one entrepreneurial education model and discusses the education model based on new engineering model from four aspects, including expert database construction, entrepreneurship talent teams construction, entrepreneurship project database construction and entrepreneurship base construction. Then it puts forward the training path of new engineering talents based on three-plus-one concept, hoping to improve the education effectiveness and achieve the training goal of new engineering talents.更多还原
