同伴教育在冠心病患者首次PCI术后护理中的应用研究
Application of Peer Education in Nursing of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after First PCI
【摘要】 目的探讨同伴教育在冠心病患者首次PCI术后护理中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样选取我院心内科两个病区择期行首次PCI术的住院患者80例,分为干预组和对照组,每组40例,干预组(一病区)在常规护理的基础上辅予同伴教育,对照组(二病区)应用护理常规进行护理。比较两组患者的遵医率、术肢负性反应发生率和失眠症发生率,并进行评价。结果干预组的遵医率高于对照组,术肢负性反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);失眠症发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论同伴教育可提高首次PCI术住院患者的遵医率,减少术肢负性反应发生率,但在睡眠促进方面暂未发现其优势。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of peer education in the Nursing of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after First PCI. Methods Convenient sampling was used to select 80 hospitalized patients who had undergone the first PCI in two wards of Cardiology Department of our hospital.They were divided into intervention group and control group,40 cases in each group.The intervention group(first ward) was supplemented with peer education on the basis of routine nursing,while the control group(second ward) was given routine nursing.Compliance rate,incidence of negative reaction of the operation limb and incidence of insomnia rate of the two groups were evaluated. Results The compliance rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of negative reaction of the operation limb was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference(allP<0.05),and the incidence of insomnia was lower than that of the control group,with no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Peer education can improve the compliance rate and reduce the incidence of negative reaction of the operation limb in patients undergoing first PCI,but its advantages in sleep promotion have not yet been found.
