【摘要】 目的观察槐杞黄颗粒对维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者IL-8、TNF-α血清水平的影响。方法选取我院2018年1～12月收治的15例维持性血液透析患者作为实验组,在常规治疗的基础上加服槐杞黄颗粒。同时选取15例健康人群作为对照组。检测两组的血清尿素氮、肌酐、IL-8、TNF-α等指标,并比较实验组患者治疗前后血清尿素氮、肌酐、IL-8、TNF-α等指标水平的变化。结果实验组透析前的血清IL-8、TNF-α水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组经槐杞黄颗粒治疗1个月后的血清尿素氮、肌酐水平与治疗前比较,无明显变化(P>0.05);而血清IL-8、TNF-α的水平与治疗前比较有下降趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MHD患者体内存在微炎症状态,槐杞黄颗粒应用于MHD患者无明显副作用,但尚无法证实其对MHD患者微炎症状态的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Huaiqihuang granules on the serum IL-8 and TNF-αin maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) patients. Methods 15 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis during January 2018 to December 2018 in the Department of Blood Purification,the first affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were selected as the experimental group and treated with Huaiqihuang granules on the basis of routine treatment,and 15 healthy people served as healthy control group.Serum urea nitrogen(BUN),creatine(Cr) and IL-8,TNF-α were measured before and after the treatment in the experimental group.The changes of serum levels of IL-8,TNF-α and other before and after treatment with Huaiqihuang granules were compared. Results The levels of serum IL-8,TNF-α in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 for both),and there were no adverse drug reactions in all patients in the experimental group during the period of taking Huaiqihuang granules.Urea nitrogen and creatine levels in the experimental group didn’t change significantly after treatment with Huaiqihuang granules,and there were no significant differences in the levels of serum IL-8,TNF-α in the experimental group after treatment with Huaiqihuang granules for one month(P>0.05 for both). Conclusion There was microinflammatory status in patients with MHD.Huaiqihuang granule has no obvious side effects in patients with MHD.The effect of Huaiqi-huang granules on microinflammatory status in patients with MHD has not been confirmed.更多还原
