【摘要】 鼻咽癌高发于我国华南地区。联合铂类的同步放化疗是鼻咽癌标准治疗模式,疗效远优于其他肿瘤,但其治疗失败率高达30%,使其临床治疗进入较为尴尬的局面。目前认为放疗是鼻咽癌治疗中不可或缺的手段之一,但如何使放疗发挥出最大效能,放射增敏剂的加入尤为必要。本文对国内外鼻咽癌放疗增敏的相关文献进行回顾和总结并作一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) was highly prevalent in southern China,whose standard treatment was the platinum-based concurrent chemo-radiotherapy.This treatment was highly efficient in NPC compared with other tumors,but the treatment failure rate was still as high as 30%.Since the radiotherapy was an indispensable means of treatment in NPC,it is particularly necessary to consider the radiation sensitizer in order to maximize its efficacy.This review summarizes the relevant literatures of radiotherapy sensitivity in NPC.更多还原
