微晶纤维素在3D打印中的应用研究

【摘要】 为了促进3D打印技术在印刷包装行业的应用,本研究利用微晶纤维素进行3D打印线材的制作。微晶纤维素是天然纤维素经稀酸水解后的颗粒物,它的聚合度和结晶度是与其打印成型性能息息相关的两个重要指标。因此,首先通过黏度法和X射线衍射法分别求得微晶纤维素的聚合度和结晶度。然后,将聚己内酯和微晶纤维素混合挤出制作3D打印线材,并用3D打印机打印包装盒。结果表明:利用该混合材料挤出的3D打印线材可以应用于熔融沉积型3D打印机,且安全卫生,本研究对于探索纤维素材料在3D打印中的应用具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 In order to promote the application of 3 D printing technology in the printing and packaging industry, microcrystalline cellulose was used to make 3 D printing wires in this study. Microcrystalline cellulose is the particle of natural cellulose hydrolyzed by dilute acid. Its polymerization degree and crystallinity are two very important indexes which are closely related to its printing formability. In the experiment, polymerization degree and crystallinity of microcrystalline cellulose were obtained by viscosity and X-ray diffraction method, respectively. Then, polycaprolactone and microcrystalline cellulose were mixed and extruded to make 3 D printing wire, and the packaging box was printed by 3 D printer. The results showed that the 3 D printing wire extruded from the mixed material can be applied to melt deposition 3 D printers and is safe and sanitary. It is of great significance for exploring the application of cellulose materials in 3 D printing.
