【摘要】 健康既是社会经济发展的重要条件,同时也是促进人的全面发展的必然要求。健康治理作为公共治理的一个重要方面,秉承公共治理协商、合作、共享和多元的理念,同时在健康领域发展自身路径,从加强初级卫生保健服务到健康促进,再到将健康融入所有政策,充分体现了健康公共治理的理念变革。我国前后出台《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》和《健康中国行动(2019-2030年)》,不仅延续了国际健康治理理念和方针,同时切实将理念落地到专项行动,无疑是我国健康公共治理的重大变革。更多还原

【Abstract】 Health is not only an important condition for social and economic development,but also an inevitable requirement for the comprehensive development of human beings.As an important aspect of public governance,health governance adheres to the concept of consultation,cooperation,sharing and diversification in public governance,and develops its own path in the field of health,from strengthening primary health care services to health promotion,and then integrating health into all policies,which fully reflects the concept change of health public governance.China has issued the "Healthy China 2030" program and "Healthy China Action(2019-2030)",which not only continues the international health governance concept and guidelines,but also effectively puts the concept into special action.This undoubtedly a major change in China’s public health governance.更多还原
