【摘要】 科技期刊所发表的稿件,在发表之前大多需要经过多方面的反复修改,不断得到完善,而有的稿件常需要进行重大修改才能达到发表的水平。从编辑部处理稿件的主要环节——初审和专家评审依序分析确定重大修改稿件的范畴,并依据重大修改涉及的问题及作者身份采用不同方式对其提出不同层次、不同要求的修改意见,在修改过程中注重与作者,甚至审稿专家的有效沟通,以达到提高稿件质量、提升期刊影响力、扩大优秀作者群的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The majority of articles published in scientific journals always required revisions to improve their quality before publication. Some of the manuscripts required major revisions before they were published. From the point of view of the editorial office,the manuscript processing included the primary review and peer review that would determine the scopes of the major revision manuscript. Subsequently,the suggested revisions at different levels and scopes were made according to the issues of the manuscript concerned and even the status of the author. During the revision process,the effective communication with the author and the reviewer is helpful to achieve the goals of improving the quality of manuscripts and journals and attracting talented authors to submit their high quality manuscripts.更多还原
