不同种质五味子藤茎中总三萜和总多糖类成分的含量测定
Content determination of total triterpenes and total polysaccharide in the stems of Schisandra chinensis from different germplasm resources
【摘要】 目的测定不同种质五味子藤茎中总三萜和总多糖的含量,并采用聚类分析法进行评价,进而筛选出总三萜和总多糖含量较高的五味子藤茎种质。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定五味子藤茎中总三萜和总多糖类的含量,并以各成分作为指标进行聚类分析。结果不同种质间五味子藤茎的总三萜和总多糖的含量存在较大差异,以总三萜类成分为考察指标,品系17-11-3最佳;以多糖类成分为考察指标,品系94-9-2最佳;聚类分析结果显示品系94-9-2的药材质量较好。结论该两种方法操作简便,准确性强,精密度高,重复性好,可为五味子藤茎的质量控制提供参考,同时为五味子的种质资源评价和品种选育提供理论参考。
【Abstract】 Objective To compare the content differences of total triterpenes and total polysaccharide in the stems of Schisandra chinensis from different germplasm resources. Cluster analysis was used to evaluate the quality of different germplasm resources to choose the best strains in the stems of S. chinensis. Methods The contents of total triterpenes and total polysaccharide were determined spectrometrically, taking each component as indexes for cluster analysis. Results The contents of total triterpenes and total polysaccharide in the stems of S. chinensis from different germplasm resources had significant differences. With the content of total triterpenes as index, the strain 17-11-3 was the best; With the content of total polysaccharide as index, the strain 94-9-2 was the best. Cluster analysis showed that the strain 17-11-3 was the best. Conclusion These two proposed methods were easy to operate, precise, accurate and reproducible. They could provide a reference for the quality control of the stem of S. chinensis and theoretical reference for the collection and breeding of S. chinensis germplasm resources.
