【摘要】 目的讨论中药足浴辅助治疗高血压临床护理评价。方法现随机选取2018年5月—2019年5月之间就诊于该院的126例高血压患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组(n=63)和对照组(n=63),对照组患者按照常规治疗方式进行降压,实验组在常规治疗方式基础上增加中药足浴进行降压,对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比和分析。结果实验组患者的降压效果明显优于对照组,且组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高血压患者的治疗中,可增加中药足浴进行辅助治疗,能够有效降低患者的血压并改善患者的临床症状,值得应用和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical nursing evaluation of Chinese medicine foot bath in assistant treatment of hypertension. Methods 126 patients with hypertension who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly selected as the study subjects. They were divided into experimental group(n=63) and control group(n=63) according to the random number table method. The patients in control group were treated by conventional therapy,and the experimental group was added traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional therapy. Foot bath was used to reduce blood pressure, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The hypotensive effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of hypertension patients, traditional Chinese medicine foot bath can be added as an adjuvant therapy, which can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
