【摘要】 目的研究下肢多发性骨折合并休克患者的急诊室护理效果。方法选取2017年3月—2018年12月于该院收治的58例下肢多发性骨折患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式不同将其定义为两组,即项目组和常规组,项目组患者接受急诊室护理模式,常规组患者接受普通护理模式,比较两组患者护理效果。结果项目组患者并发症发生率为3.45%(1/29),低于常规组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);项目组患者护理满意度评分高于常规组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢多发性骨折合并休克患者接受急诊室护理模式有助于提升患者机体修复效果,建议进行推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of emergency room nursing for patients with multiple fractures of lower limbs combined with shock. Methods 58 patients with multiple lower limb fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to December 2018 were selected as research objects. According to different nursing methods, they were defined as two groups, namely project group and routine group. Patients in the project group received emergency room nursing mode,while patients in the routine group received general nursing mode. Results The incidence of complications in the project group was 3.45%(1/29), lower than that in the conventional group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of patients in the project group was higher than that in the conventional group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Emergency room nursing mode for patients with multiple fractures of lower limbs combined with shock is helpful to improve the effect of patients’ body repair, and it is recommended to promote it.更多还原
