【摘要】 目的探讨帕罗西汀联合无抽搐电休克在抑郁症合并下肢静脉血栓患者中的应用及安全性。方法选择2015年5月—2018年6月治疗的抑郁症合并下肢静脉血栓患者72例作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=36)和观察组(n=36)。对照组给予帕罗西汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合无抽搐电休克治疗,4周治疗后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、Beck自杀意念量表及药物安全性。结果观察组治疗后4周HAMD、Beck自杀意念量表评分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗过程中恶心呕吐、记忆力减退、皮疹过敏、头痛头晕及肝肾异常发生率均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将帕罗西汀联合无抽搐电休克用于抑郁症合并下肢深静脉血栓患者中能改善患者症状,药物安全性较高,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application and safety of paroxetine combined with no convulsive electric shock in patients with depression complicated with venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Methods From May 2015 to June2018, 72 patients with depression complicated with venous thrombosis of lower extremity were randomly divided into two groups: control group(n=36) and observation group(n=36). The control group was treated with paroxetine, the observation group was treated with electroconvulsive therapy without convulsion on the basis of the control group, and the effect was evaluated after 4 weeks of treatment. The Hamilton Depression scale(HAMD),) was compared between the two groups.Beck suicide ideation scale and drug safety. Results The scores of HAMD,Beck suicide ideation scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 4 weeks after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of nausea and vomiting, memory loss, rash allergy, headache, dizziness and abnormal liver and kidney were not statistically significant in the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion The application of paroxetine combined with no convulsive electric shock in patients with depression complicated with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity can improve the symptoms of the patients, and the drug is safe and worth popularizing.更多还原
