【摘要】 目的总结分析糖尿病足的发病原因及外科手术治疗的临床效果,为糖尿病足患者的治疗提供更多的方法选择。方法选择该院2015年1月—2018年6月间收治的53例糖尿病足作为研究对象,全面分析总结了患者的发病原因、治疗方式和临床治疗效果。结果 53例糖尿病足患者中治愈45例,好转5例,无效3例,治愈率达到84.91%,总有效率为94.34%。结论研究发现糖尿病足患者采取手术治疗,效果较好。对该病要做到早发现、早治疗,并根据Wagner分级进行个体化手术处理,以保肢和控制发展为基本原则,以提高患者生活质量为目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize and analyze the etiology of diabetic foot and the clinical effect of surgical treatment,so as to provide more methods for the treatment of diabetic foot patients. Methods 53 cases of diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The causes, treatment methods and clinical effects of the patients were comprehensively analyzed and summarized.
