【摘要】 目的研究凋亡抑制蛋白(survivin)、水通道蛋白9(aquaporin9,AQP9)和人类白细胞抗原G(human leukocyte antigen G,HLA-G)在子痫前期患者中的表达水平及相关性。方法选取2016年6月至2018年6月在我院就诊的子痫前期患者50例,分为子痫前期组。另选取在我院进行体检的健康妊娠期产妇50例作为正常组。搜集分娩产妇的胎盘组织,采用免疫透射比浊法检测Survivin表达水平,采用酶联免疫吸附测定检测AQP9和HLA-G表达水平。结果子痫前期组患者Survivin、HLA-G表达水平低于正常组,AQP9表达水平高于正常组,具有统计学差异(P <0.05)。Survivin、AQP9和HLA-G表达水平与子痫前期患者流产次数、严重程度有关(P <0.05)。流产次数≥3次、重度子痫患者Survivin、HLA-G表达水平较低,AQP9表达水平较高,具有统计学差异(P <0.05)。Survivin和AQP9之间呈负相关,AQP9和HLA-G之间之间呈负相关,Survivin和HLA-G之间呈正相关,具有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论 Survivin、AQP9和HLA-G表达与子痫前期具有相关性,Survivin、AQP9和HLA-G的异常表达,参与了子痫前期的发展,在子痫前期的临床诊断中具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and correlation of Survivin,Aquaporin 9(AQP9)and human leukocyte antigen G(HLA-G)in preeclampsia patients. Methods Fifty patients with preeclampsia who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were divided into preeclampsia group. In addition,50 cases of healthy pregnant women who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected as the normal group. Using the immunotransmission ratio turbid method to detect The expression level of Survivin,and using enzyme-linked immunosorporption assays to detect AQP9 and HLA-G expression levels. Results The expression of Survivin and HLA-G in preeclampsia group was lower than that in normal group,and the expression of AQP9 in preeclampsia group was higher than that in normal group with statistical differences(P < 0.05). The expression levels of Survivin,AQP9 and HLA-G were correlated with the number and severity of abortion in preeclampsia patients(P < 0.05). The expression levels of Survivin and HLA-G were lower in patients with abortion more than 3 times and severe eclampsia,while the expression level of AQP9 was higher(P < 0.05). Survivin and AQP9 were negatively correlated,AQP9 and HLA-G were negatively correlated,and Survivin and HLA-G were negatively correlated,with statistical differences(P < 0.05). Conclusions The expressions of Survivin,AQP9 and HLA-G are correlated with pre-eclampsia. The abnormal expressions of Survivin,AQP9 and HLA-G are involved in the development of pre-eclampsia,which is of great significance for the clinical diagnosis of pre-eclampsia.更多还原
