【摘要】 目的研究小梁切除术联合醋甲唑胺片对青光眼的治疗效果及对患者眼压、眼血流动力学的影响。方法选取2016年3月-2018年3月我院收治的青光眼患者160例,210只眼,分为手术组和联合组,手术组采用复合式小梁切除术治疗,联合组在手术组的基础上联合醋甲唑胺片治疗。对患者生存质量、自我评价、眼压、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)和阻力指数(RI)、治疗效果和眼压控制率分析。结果联合组患者治疗后的CLVQOL、自我评价得分、EDV、PSV水平、治疗总有效率、眼压控制率高于手术组(P <0.05);眼压、RI水平低于手术组患者(P <0.05)。结论复合式小梁切除术联合醋甲唑胺片可有效改善青光眼患者症状及眼血流水平,降低眼压,效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of trabeculectomy combined with acetazolamide tablets on glaucoma and patients′ intraocular pressure and blood flow. Methods 160 glaucoma patients(210 eyes)were selected from March 2016 to March 2018 and divided into operation group and combination group. The operation group was treated with compound trabeculectomy,and the combination group was treated with acetazolamide tablets with compound trabeculectomy. Quality of life,self-evaluation,intraocular pressure,end diastolic velocity(EDV),peak systolic velocity(PSV),resistant index(RI),therapeutic effect,and intraocular pressure control rate were analyzed. Results After treatment,the CLVQOL,self-evaluation score,EDV,PSV level,total effective rate and IOP control rate of the combined group were higher than those of the operation group(P < 0.05),while the IOP and RI levels were lower than those of the operation group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Compound trabeculectomy combined with acetazolamide tablets can effectively improve the symptoms and ocular blood flow level of glaucoma patients,and reduce their intraocular pressure.The effect is remarkable.更多还原
