硫酸氢铵焙烧法从高钛渣中提钛制备二氧化钛的水解过程研究
Study on hydrolysis parameters of titanium dioxide prepared from high titanium slag roasted with ammonium hydrogen sulfate
【摘要】 目的:研究硫酸氢铵焙烧高钛渣提钛制备二氧化钛的水解过程。方法:以硫酸氢铵焙烧高钛渣所得熟料溶出后的硫酸氧钛溶液为原料,探索自生晶种法生成偏钛酸的实验条件:水解温度、加料速率、底水量、水解时间对二氧化钛水解率的影响。结果:最佳水解反应条件:底水量VTiOSO4/VH2O为(5∶1),水解温度为油浴110℃,加料速率为15 ml/min,水解时间为80 min。结论:在最佳反应条件下进行稳定性实验,二氧化钛的水解率可达到98%。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study hydrolysis parameters of titaniam dioxide(TiO2)prepared from roasting high titanium slag with ammonium hydrogen sulfate. Mothods:Titanyl sulfate solution prepared through leaching the clinke that the high titanium slag was roasted by ammonium hydrogen sulfate. Metatitanic acid was prepared by self-growing inoculating crystal with titanyl sulfate solution.The effects of heating temperature,feed fluid rate,base water volumeand heating time on hydrolysis rate were investigated. Results:The optimum operating conditions were as follows:the hydrolysis temperature(oil bath)was 110 ℃,base water volume of VTiOSO4/VH2O was 5︰1,feed fluid rate was 15 ml/min,and heating time was 80 mins. The hydrolysis rate of TiO2 can reach 98% under this optimum conditions. Conclusion:The optimum reaction conditions were obtained,and under this condition,the hydrolysis rate of TiO2 can reach 98%.
